  • Booking data (Calendly): name, email, appointment time, and any information you choose to provide.

Important: Please do not include sensitive health information (e.g., diagnoses, symptoms, medication, trauma history) in website contact forms or booking fields. If you want to start therapy, contact me briefly and we will handle clinical details during sessions.

Therapy services: If you become a client, your therapy-related data (health data) is handled under a separate Client Privacy Notice provided as part of the therapy process.

3) Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data to:

  • Reply to inquiries and communicate with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests and/or Art. 6(1)(b) steps prior to entering a contract).
  • Manage bookings and appointments (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Maintain website security and prevent misuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Measure website performance using analytics cookies only if you consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

This website uses:
